Phase 3
Installation
Licensed technicians handle mounting, wire runs, network links, and commissioning, coordinated around your property's operations.
Phase 4
Integration & testing
Call routing is configured to your procedures, video joins your monitoring workflow, and every unit is call-tested end to end before handoff.
Phase 5
Support
Ongoing maintenance and support keep the network dependable — because emergency infrastructure only counts if it works every time.

Placement principles
What we look for on the site walk.
- Sightlines — a unit should be visible from the areas it serves, and its cameras should see what matters
- Real routes — where people actually walk after dark, not where the site plan assumes they do
- Isolation points — far parking rows, stair cores, path segments out of view of any building
- Spacing & coverage — units placed so help is never an unreasonable distance away
- Practical infrastructure — power and connectivity reality for each placement, wired or not
